Thank you for registering your child for the Staley Tennis Junior Pathway Program. Our first session will be Wednesday, September 1st, 2021. All sessions will take place at our 2-court training facility in North Webster.
Directions
Courts are located across N. Main Street from the North Webster Community Center. Turn west into the North Webster Church of God and courts are located far north off the parking lot, next to the North Webster baseball complex.
Schedule
The fall junior pathway schedule is as follows:
Times:
- Red Ball Group 4-5PM
- Orange Ball Group 5-6PM
- Green Ball Group 6-7PM
Dates (6 weeks): Wednesdays (September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and October 6).
If any of the above dates are rained out, you will be notified via text and the session will be cancelled (no charge).
Program Focus
We will be focusing this camp on the development of youth tennis players in small groups (4:1 player to coach ratio in red and orange group and 6:1 ratio in green group). Much of the focus will be on games and exercises that will increase your child’s agility, balance, coordination, tracking (sending and receiving) skills and rallying performance. Most program attendees will be in the beginning phases of playing tennis and will be taught accordingly. We will be utilizing proper court dimensions and equipment for each age group throughout the program.
What to Bring
Please make sure your child has the following items for each session:
- Racquet
- Tennis shoes
- Appropriate Clothing
- Water
Cost
Each hour-long session is $15 per player. Options are to pay in cash at the time of the session or you will be invoiced on a 5-day net and can pay online using Paypal or credit card. If paying cash, please enclose in an envelope with your child’s name on it, so that it can easily be applied to your account.
Cancellations / No-Shows
Due to the limited spots available, it is important to communicate any issues with attendance as far ahead as possible in order to insure other players have the option to join that session. There will be no charge if cancellations are made 24 hours in advance or more. If less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed unless another player takes your spot.
