All sales are finals. Payment can be made using a credit card upon booking or can be paid later prior to the initial session in cash. Please note that we do no accept personal checks or money orders.
Cancellations
Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If paid in advance, credit will be applied to your account.
Group Lessons, Classes, Programs & Drills
Packages must be paid in advance prior to the first session. We do not credit or refund for missed sessions, so please make sure you are willing to attend each program per the dates outlined.
Rainouts: Our policy on inclement weather is to text all parents/attendees at least 1 hour before scheduled classes if the courts are wet or if the radar is showing a high probability of bad weather occurring during the time of classes. If classes are cancelled due to weather-related events, we will contact all participants to reschedule at a later time and/or date.
Liability
Clients assume all liability for injuries occurred during your time on court. By purchasing services or products from this site, you must first agree to these terms and conditions and will not hold Staley Tennis Academy responsible for injuries.
Site Security
Staley Tennis Academy website is encrypted and hosted on a secure server. Our staff does not have access to or handle credit card information (it is stored at Stripe, our credit card processor). We do not share your information with any third party.
Rainout Policy
Throughout the outdoor season (May 1-October 31), Staley Tennis will generally run both AM and PM sessions each day. To protect equipment and for player safety, we will contact players at least an hour before the start of either session if inclement weather occurs or is expected during the session. Sometimes we will be proactive in cancelling sessions due to forecasted probabilities of rain to save travel times for both players and coaches.
Paid classes, pre-paid private lessons and all other events that are cancelled will be rescheduled or credited to each players’ accounts.

Photo Video Waiver (Optional)
Staley Tennis uses high speed video recordings during training sessions in order to break down technique and document the skills development of our players. These may be used in training videos, social media, etc. In order to use these videos, families must sign a waiver which can be downloaded below.
