Three divisions competed in the July 2021 Duals at Wawasee High School courts in Syracuse, IN. Four of the ten matches came down to a third-set tiebreaker.

The Gold group played in the main Duals which was won by Cooper Lecount of New Paris, IN who took Joseph Harper (Warsaw, IN) into a third-set super tiebreaker. The silver group round robin award went to Daniel Jacobs of Saint John, IN who got through the first match by edging out Elyse Yoder (Goshen, IN) in a third-set tiebreaker. In the bronze grouping, Tyler Scott (Goshen, IN) took top honors after sweeping the round robin.
