Another tournament and another trophy for Joey Harper as he took three out of four matches in the 12U division at Wildwood’s Harvest Open this past weekend.
After taking an opening round loss versus top seed Benjamin Garrean (Fort Wayne), he bounced back taking the remainder of matches on his way to winning the consolation finals, defeating Joseph Garrean (Fort Wayne) 6-0, 6-3; Drake Russell (Fort Wayne, IN) 6-2, 6-0 and Andrew Jamison (Huntertown, IN) 6-3, 7-5.
Harper, along with academy teammate Kiah Farrington, will take part in the Eastlake Open which takes place at both Warsaw and Elkhart this coming weekend.
