This summer’s Agility, Strength & Conditioning Classes have been set. We will be offering 10 classes on select Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00AM.
Our tennis conditioning sessions include dynamic stretching, on-court quickness drills, agility ladders, balance exercises, jump ropes, aerobics, medicine ball exercises, resistance bands and hand-eye coordination drills all specific for the tennis player.
These classes are also beneficial to athletes of other sports and are made publicly available each summer.
Dates: June 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24;
July 13, 15, 20, 22
Cost: $120 / player for all classes
$15 drop-in rate per class (contact us to reserve dates)
